Answer the requested training, recovery, and progress questions with enough context for your coach to act on them.

Check your responses before submission. Return to the same review to read follow-up feedback.

Feedback and replies

Feedback may reference a workout, review, or set video. Reply inside the related thread so the conversation keeps its training context.
Include the exercise, set, symptom or constraint, and what you expected to happen. Specific context produces more useful coaching feedback.
