The History tab is the record of what you completed, including unplanned sessions and workouts from earlier programs.

Review a session

Open a completed workout to see exercises, sets, notes, effort values, form videos, and session feedback. Use Edit Session only to correct a logging mistake or add missing context. A session rating uses a five-star control; tapping the same selected star again clears the rating.

Personal-record types

IronLedger can track:
  • Weight: the heaviest completed load for an exercise.
  • Estimated 1RM: a calculated estimate based on load and repetitions.
  • Volume: the largest qualifying amount of work for an exercise.
An estimated 1RM is not a tested maximum. Treat it as a trend indicator, especially when comparing sets with similar rep ranges and effort.

Keep history trustworthy

  • Complete only sets you performed.
  • Use consistent exercise names.
  • Record the actual load on the bar or machine.
  • Correct accidental entries promptly.

Export your history

Tap Export Data from the History screen to share a JSON file containing completed sessions and the export timestamp. Export before deleting your account, clearing local storage, or moving data into another system.
