Review a session
Open a completed workout to see exercises, sets, notes, effort values, form videos, and session feedback. Use Edit Session only to correct a logging mistake or add missing context. A session rating uses a five-star control; tapping the same selected star again clears the rating.Personal-record types
IronLedger can track:- Weight: the heaviest completed load for an exercise.
- Estimated 1RM: a calculated estimate based on load and repetitions.
- Volume: the largest qualifying amount of work for an exercise.
An estimated 1RM is not a tested maximum. Treat it as a trend indicator, especially when comparing
sets with similar rep ranges and effort.
