Training does not always follow the planned order. IronLedger lets you adjust the session while preserving the program structure for future workouts.

During a workout

You can:
  • Reorder exercises when equipment is occupied.
  • Replace an exercise when the planned movement is unavailable or unsuitable.
  • Add unplanned exercises.
  • Update set values and notes before finishing.

After a workout

Open the completed session from History to correct supported set values or add missing context. Review the saved totals after editing.
Correct genuine logging mistakes. Rewriting historical results to match a target makes progress trends and personal records less trustworthy.
