IronLedger stores the account and training data required to provide workout logging, backup, sync, and connected features. From Settings → Privacy, you can control Send Anonymous Analytics and Share Crash Reports independently. These preferences do not disable the account data required to provide sync, purchases, or coaching features you choose to use.

Review the policies

Before deleting

Account deletion is permanent. Review any available export options and make sure offline workouts have synced before starting the deletion process.
Deleting IronLedger data does not automatically delete workouts already written to Apple Health. Manage those records separately in the Health app. Before deleting or clearing anything:
  1. Confirm the Profile sync status shows the latest changes are synced.
  2. Export completed workout history from History → Export Data.
  3. Save the export in a location you control.
  4. Review Apple Health and coach-sharing records separately.
Clear Program Configuration removes the current program setup while retaining workout history. Clear Workout History deletes logged sessions and personal records from the app. Account deletion removes the account and local data after the confirmation steps.

Coaching data

Connected coaching features share only the data allowed by the relevant relationship and privacy settings. Review health-sharing and coach-specific controls before sending sensitive training or health context. Health integration permission and coach visibility are separate decisions. Allowing IronLedger to read a health value does not by itself mean every connected coach can see that value.
