Form-check videos stay attached to the set they document, making it easier to compare technique with the logged load, reps, and effort.
1

Open the set video action

In an active or supported completed session, choose the video action for the relevant set.
2

Record or select the clip

Choose a video from your device library. Clips are limited to two minutes. Keep the lifter and bar path visible and remove unnecessary setup time before selecting the file when possible.
3

Upload the video

IronLedger compresses the clip and then uploads it. Keep the app in the foreground and maintain a stable connection until progress reaches 100% and the set shows the uploaded state.
4

Retry if necessary

If an upload fails, use the retry or replace action on that set instead of creating a duplicate session.
The current upload is a single transfer. If the network drops or the app moves to the background, the transfer can restart from the beginning rather than resuming from the last byte.
Short clips upload more reliably and are easier to review. Include the full repetition sequence rather than only the final position.
Form videos may be shared with a connected coach according to your coaching and privacy settings. If a previous attempt is stuck, select the set video action and confirm Try again. If a video is already attached, IronLedger asks before replacing it.
