IronLedger uses your profile choices to format workouts and make the app easier to use. You can change these choices later from Profile or Settings.

First-run setup

1

Choose your units

Select kilograms or pounds. Existing weights are converted for display rather than treated as new performances.
2

Describe your training

Add a display name and avatar when you want them associated with your account. You can skip optional profile fields and update them later.
3

Review the feature tour

Continue through the tour to reach the main tabs: Home, History, Analytics, and Profile.
Changing the unit preference converts displayed values. It does not create a new performance or discard the underlying workout and personal-record history.

Change settings later

Open Profile, then Settings, to change weight units and other preferences. Review the unit shown beside a weight field before entering a load after switching units.

Demo mode

Demo mode provides sample programs and workout history for exploring the app. Clear demo data before starting your own training log so sample sessions do not appear in your progress views. Demo data is local sample content. It does not represent your training and should not be used as a backup or starting point for a real program.

Next steps
