# Form-check videos

> Attach a video to a specific workout set and retry an interrupted upload.

Form-check videos stay attached to the set they document, making it easier to compare technique
with the logged load, reps, and effort.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the set video action">
    In an active or supported completed session, choose the video action for the relevant set.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Record or select the clip">
    Keep the lifter and bar path visible. Trim unnecessary setup time before uploading when the
    editor is available.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Upload the video">
    Keep IronLedger open and maintain a stable connection until the upload reports success.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Retry if necessary">
    If an upload fails, use the retry or replace action on that set instead of creating a duplicate
    session.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  Short clips upload more reliably and are easier to review. Include the full repetition sequence
  rather than only the final position.
</Tip>

Form videos may be shared with a connected coach according to your coaching and privacy settings.
