# Strength Pro features

> Understand the IronLedger Strength Pro entitlement and which features remain free.

Strength Pro is the entitlement for IronLedger's advanced progression, analytics, and program
catalogue features. Core workout logging remains available without it.

## What remains free

* Create or load a program and log completed workouts.
* Record sets, reps, weight, notes, RPE, and RIR.
* Review workout history and personal records.
* Use basic statistics and the core strength snapshot.
* Export completed workout history.

## Strength Pro capabilities

An active Strength Pro entitlement unlocks:

* Adaptive progression targets based on eligible confirmed workout history.
* Explanations for recommended targets.
* Advanced strength analytics and longer-range exercise views.
* Premium program catalogue entries.
* Premium program customization controls.

  A recommendation is a training aid, not a command. Review the proposed load, repetitions, RPE, or
  RIR against your readiness, technique, equipment, and professional guidance.

## Entitlement status

Open the Strength Pro screen from an upgrade prompt or account area to view the current status,
purchase options supplied by the app store, or restore a previous purchase. Available packages and
prices come from the store and can vary by platform or region.

When an entitlement cannot be verified, IronLedger protects the free training log and may hide
premium controls until verification succeeds. A recently verified entitlement can remain available
for a limited offline grace period.

  Do not create a second account to recover a purchase. Sign in with the account that owns your
  IronLedger data, then use the restore option associated with the same app-store account.
