## Energy estimates

IronLedger estimates strength-training energy using workout duration and body weight. The value is

  Apple does not let apps reliably display whether every Health write permission is currently
  enabled. Manage individual permissions in the Health app or iOS Settings.
</Info>

Apple Health is unavailable in the iOS simulator. Test the connection on a physical device.
