# Coach feedback and weekly reviews

> Read coach feedback, reply, and complete assigned weekly self-assessments in IronLedger.

When your account is connected to a coach, IronLedger can show messages, program updates, feedback,
and weekly review requests.

## Weekly reviews

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the review request">
    Use the in-app notification or coaching area to open the assigned review.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete the assessment">
    Answer the requested training, recovery, and progress questions with enough context for your
    coach to act on them.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit the review">
    Check your responses before submission. Return to the same review to read follow-up feedback.
  </Step>

## Feedback and replies

Feedback may reference a workout, review, or set video. Reply inside the related thread so the
conversation keeps its training context.

<Tip>
  Include the exercise, set, symptom or constraint, and what you expected to happen. Specific
  context produces more useful coaching feedback.
